Dear Scotty,From three Westies woof, woof, woof! We now have our own doggy door which does not interfere with the home security, however we are the first line of defence. We even use the doggy door even if the screen door is open, that is a territorial thing now. Your advice re going through the double brick wall rather than the glass sliding door, although that looked easier, was great as Archie has 24 hour access rather than being restricted by curtains being shut across the sliding door at night. Scotty from Doors4Paws has installed a medium-sized doggy door in both a screen and timber door combo on two of our properties nowfor our Maltese dogs, and we are very pleased with the product quality and service provided.
Scotty is an understanding and caring person, who loves dogs, and takes great pride in hiswork, getting back to you quickly and showing up on time. He has done both jobs for us brilliantly - one screen door needed to be re-aligned so it closed properly, the mesh renewed, and a plastic frame around the handle installed for security, whichwas done quickly and efficiently for a small extra charge. The second time the door was aligned with the timber door so it opened and closed without sticking to the frame, before the doggy door was installed, at no extra charge.
Both times the dual dog door combos have been fantastic, swinging easily without jamming, and the dogs love using them. The materials used are very high quality, better than you can buy in a pet shop. Certainly worth the money for a good nights sleep! Highly recommended, would certainly use Doors4Paws again without hesitation.

Would highly recommend Scotty. He took the time to explain all aspects of doggy doors and recommended the one he thought would best suit our needs. He also assisted with a little bit of training for our cocker to help her get used to it. Tilly nailed it in no time!! Thanks Scotty, it has made Tillys life more independent and ours a lot easier.
